new DM running a group of friends through STK on Roll20. We're about halfway through and the party is showing interest in continuing instead of re-rolling, so maps must be made for the quasi-homebrew that is about to be in my lap

Are you going to be doing these maps yourself, or will you be wanting them made?

Either way - if you are looking for advice and support so that you can make them yourself the best way to start is to create a new thread in the most relevant sub-forum in the Work in Progress forum here and get stuck in with your first map, or... if you are looking for a cartographer the place to make your request is here, in the Mapmaking Requests forum (be sure to read the guidelines in the top sticky thread there first if you do that).

If you want to borrow maps that are already drawn and being shown here at the Guild, a polite request in a comment to the author of the map to be allowed to use it for a private game usually works quite well
