The iso perspective is working really well, but Isn't the harbour a little on the small side against the size of the boat?
Hi, everyone!
Today I tackled the harbour a bit. It was a strange challenge, but hopefully, it came out well.
The first image is how I started to plan my city layout. I had to think it through a bit. I still have questions, though, with Nessa'Mor the city plan wasn't as high up as with this map, so it has given me some pause.
Anyway, here is the start of what is hopefully my city layout.

Maybe make the walk go further along the beach? I don't think it needs to be much wider. You could have warehouses and merchants built up around the walk?
Or how about a harbour wall that extends out into the sea from the land on the right? That would kind of double the size, and provide shelter from storms?

So, today I started with making the docks bigger and adding a wall for blocking the storms. Though, the wall is one I am pondering about a bit.
How does it look?

The harbour looks much better now
The exact layout and detail is down to you, XCali. I usually go through all kinds of quite violent layout shake-ups before I'm happy with things. Its just one of those things that no one else can really help you with in anything other than a very general way.

Hellooo, everyone.
Today, I was struck by inspiration for my Compass rose, and I'm quite happy with what I ended up with so far.
Other than that, I played around with the perspective of the walkway on the left, and it looks a bit better now. Also, I touched up the grass edges near the cliffs to have little less of a hard edge.
Then last but not least, I drew some new buildings and played around with them to see if they would work. It reminded me how tricky ISO city layout really is. Anyhoo, all in all, it was a successful day.
(P.S. I left the temporary road frame there for the time being.)

I assume you are just using the same building as a placeholder to give a general idea of how the port will be laid out? I'd love to see a few more different buildings there - I have a feeling this is probably going to be your best map yet
