Project Scope:
The Ohio Renaissance Festival located an hour north of Cincinnati is one of the largest themed events of its kind in the USA. The festival is in need of a designed to scale map of its village, with vendor shops, stages, food and beverage locations, first aid, and other important landmarks displayed to scale. Here is a link to the current map used: https://www.renfestival.com/parkmap/. This property is utilized for other events/festivals in the renaissance festival's 'off season' including a Celtic festival and a holiday lights display.

Setting:
1572 English village of Willy Nilly On-The-Wash

Design Concept:
A similar style of the currently used map would suffice, however, we are looking for more detail done to scale. One of the pinch points for our attendees are complaints about being confused where they are, not really being able to clearly read the map. Another want would be to have a map that is a blank slate of labels for a legend that we can use for the other events/festivals held on the property.

Number of maps:
One village map that would show points of interest done to scale
One village map that is a blank slate of labels for input of other events/festivals held in the village
